Huge thanks for your amazing generosity in planning and hosting a third-party fundraiser for the Alberta Animal Rescue Crew Society (AARCS)! These events, organized by individuals like yourself (not directly connected to AARCS), are truly remarkable and have a significant impact in furthering our mission.

At AARCS, we make a substantial impact on the lives of more than 4,000 animals each year through our exceptional programs. Our on-site veterinary hospital, situated at the AARCS Safe Haven shelter in Calgary, allows us to deliver life-saving treatment to those in critical condition. Additionally, our intake shelter and adoption center in Edmonton ensure that animals find caring homes. With the support of a broad network of foster homes across the province, we can care for an average of 500+ animals at any given time throughout the year, providing them with the care and support necessary for their health and well-being.

Beyond our animal rescue initiatives, AARCS is committed to advancing animal welfare in Alberta through various community support programs. These encompass a Pet Food Bank, Spay/Neuter Assistance, TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return), and Animal Disaster Response initiatives. By addressing the root causes of animal homelessness, we aim to enhance the lives of both individuals and their cherished pets within our community.

As a non-profit organization, we greatly depend on the generosity of the public, fundraising events and adoption fees to sustain our operations, making your support incredibly valuable to us! These events serve as a critical funding source, enabling us to provide ongoing assistance to the animals who rely on us the most.

If outright donations are collected as a part of any third-party fundraising campaign, 100% of those donations are expected to be returned to AARCS (and other participating charities where applicable).
