Story
Although football player Derek Wolfe is no longer a Denver Bronco, he and his wife Abigail consider Denver their home after spending eight seasons in Colorado. That is why the couple, through their foundation, The Wolfe Pack Foundation, have donated $10,000 to help the YMCA of Metro Denver provide relief efforts to community members and families in need during the COVID-19 pandemic.
All funds will go toward the YMCA of Metro Denvers emergency COVID-19 relief efforts to support key programs for community members and families in need, including emergency childcare, food distribution and outreach to seniors.
My wife and I think it is very important to make sure we are using our platform to help the Denver community. This pandemic is affecting everyone and this how we would like to help. We are asking those who are able to assist, to pay it forward with us.- Derek Wolfe
