Girl Scouts is the largest pipeline for future female leaders. In fact, Girl Scouts have more leadership experiences and are more likely to consider themselves leaders compared to other girls. And the results last a lifetime.

Fifty-two percent of women in business were Girl Scouts, 73% of female senators were Girl Scouts, 100% of female Secretaries of State were Girl Scouts. And nearly every woman who has ever flown in space was a Girl Scout. Studies show that girls who take part in Girl Scouts go on to have more successful careers, experience higher levels of education, and are happier in life in general.

How do we do this? By providing safe and encouraging environments where girls take the lead to explore their own world. For over 100 years, Girl Scouts has been preparing girls for a lifetime of leadership. Today and always, we are committed to ensuring all girls develop to their full potential.
