Grow @The Vinery is based around delivering training, learning and wellbeing for a wide variety of community members with a particular emphasis on school-leavers with no positive destination; newly unemployed seeking a change of career; individuals experiencing challenges to living well including poor mental health, long term mental and physical health conditions, poverty, loneliness and isolation. Its a positive, dynamic space which generates a sense of hope and pride in the local community. There is a kitchen, cafe area, training space and community garden with activities linked to accredited learning, work experience, apprenticeships and volunteering.
