TBN Everest & Cycle Challenge 2019

Thanet Business Network are moving mountains bringing Everest to Ramsgate. On Saturday 18th May 2019 TBN are cycling to Base Camp from South Foreland to North Foreland lighthouses then climbing Augusta steps 500 times, the same height of Everest

Story

To coincide with National Dementia Action Week 2019, Thanet Business Network, a group of local businesses are helping to raise Dementia Awareness and raise funds for EKIDS - East Kent Independent Dementia Support, a local charity supporting people and their families in East Kent who are living with Dementia and memory problems.

EKIDS is a registered charity supporting people and their families living with dementia. Our friendly groups meet in Thanet & Canterbury where people can find help and advice and socialise with others in similar circumstances. All our volunteers have first hand experience of dementia care.
