Cynthia Spencer Hospice would like your help to get the county growing Sunflowers4Cynthia

We are inviting everyone to take part in our 2023 Sunflower Competition. All ages welcome!

Its just £3 per person to enter (including p+p).

We will send you out a lovely pack with full instructions, registration form, growing tips and of course your sunflower seeds!

Then it's over to you to see how green fingered you and your little ones are! We'll be judging the sunflowers from the photos and measurements you send to us, community@cynthiaspencer.co.uk, to find the tallest or funniest flower. We'll have prizes to give out to each winner when they are announced on social media on 9 October 2023.

To help raise vital funds from the hospice we would like to invite you to set up a Just Giving Page or complete the sponsorship form in your pack. If you raise £20 this could provide a session of support, comfort and information for children who are likely to be bereaved.

In 2023 we are hoping our Sunflower Challenge Hospice Heroes will be able to raise £500, which could fund 1 days of hospice care.

Everyone who raises over £20 will get a free Spencer Bunny Activity Book to say thank you!
