The Miscarriage Association are challenging their supporters to complete 250,000 steps throughout January, the same as the number of pregnancies that are estimated to end in miscarriage in the UK each year.

2023 marks a major milestone for the M.A. as it is our 40th anniversary year. In many ways, its a landmark we wish we hadn't reached because that would mean people weren't still enduring the heartache of pregnancy loss.

Sadly, the reality is that there's never likely to be a cure for miscarriage. And while ever people are going through this often very difficult and distressing experience, we want to be here for them as we have been for hundreds of thousands over the last four decades.
