Challenge yourself to walk or run up and down every stairway in Vicarage Road Stadium - the equivalent of the empire state building! This year's event will include free sports massage, kids event and post event activities.
As someone who has personally benefited from the Shape Up Programme, this is a brilliant personal challenge everyone can take part in to help raise money for a very very worthy cause.
Shape Up has successfully been running for 4 and a half years and has seen over 1600 men graduate with a combined weight loss of over 6 tonnes. The programme covers the Hertfordshire and the London Borough of Harrow and focuses on helping participants to live a sustainable healthy lifestyle and to reduce health inequalities across the county.
We are raising vital funds to ensure the programme is financially sustainable and to enable us to develop key areas within the programme to improve service delivery. There are unquestionably many more that would benefit from this programme and we want to help them, you can help us do that!
