Join Steady and Strong, our low cost, virtual, gentle exercise class!
Steady & Strong is a gentle exercise class for people who want to improve their strength and overall balance. The class consists of easy to follow lower body exercises completed in a controlled manner. Each class is instructed by Cat, a personal trainer with years of experience introducing people to exercise. You can see an example of many of the exercises included in the class here .
There is no getting on/off the floor. You will need a sturdy chair and a bit of space to complete the exercises. You are advised to wear comfortable clothes and footwear that stops you slipping on the floor.

Our aim is to keep these classes as affordable as possible. We ask that you make a donation of £5 in total regardless of how many classes you attend. If coming to all 10 sessions this equates to 50p per class! If you are financially able to we welcome larger amounts because as a charity we do rely on your support to continue to offer our services to the community.
