On Monday 20th June our staff came in to find two of the soft play room's windows smashed. The damage looks like a very deliberate attempt to cause serious harm to the building with multiple breaks in the glass which seem to have been caused by small stones being thrown at the windows.

Unfortunately, cctv has not captured the culprits in the act but the police are investigating as it seems this was part of a spate of incidents around the Westhill shopping centre area over the weekend.

In the meantime, we urgently need to cover the cost of replacing the windows as our insurance will not cover it. The quote for replacing them is approximately £500 which may not sound a lot of money however, as it's not budgeted for we would have to reallocate charity funds from our service delivery which we do not want to do.
