Story

Three York Charities are working together to raise funds for the York Community. York Rotary support a wide range of York charities supporting vulnerable families and good causes, York RSPCA looks after a large range of abandoned dogs, cats and other animals until they find their forever homes and the Wilberforce Trust supports people with sight or hearing loss live their lives as independently as possible despite the challenges of sensory loss. Together we are holding this "Santa Paws" event at York's Knavesmire running track. There will be music, mince pies and mulled wine and prizes for the best dressed dog and best dressed child. We believe that by working together, we can reach more people and show how we can benefit by collaborating for a better society.
