The Southern University at Shreveport, Louisiana (SUSLA) Alumni Association is a 501(c)3 entity chartered in 2018 to promote the general welfare and effectiveness of the Shreveport campus of the Southern University System. With more than 80 members strong, its members are charged with strengthening relationships between current and former SUSLA students; stimulating the interest and activities of the SUSLA staff and Association members and preserving SUSLAs legacy by participating in SUSLA development projects including student recruitment and fundraising projects. SUSLA is still the place where opportunities begin, the playing field is leveled, and futures are made!
