The Ysgol Y Deri Parents and Friends Association (PFA) are deeply saddened of the theft of the SUP and SURF equipment at school.
We, the PFA parent committee (Alison, Claire, and Angela) are avid supporters of the SUP and SURF at school. We have supported Dan Wilmore (staff) in his SUP and SURF fundraisers since 2015, made donations and helped secure the St James grant in 2019 with our charity account status.
Claire Cummings on the PFA parent committee has participated in the SUP and SURF fundraisers and mum to Layla-Mae, a YYD pupil who has been directly affected by the theft.

SUP and SURF is an important activity for pupils of YYD. It improves mental and physical well being and provides a positive outdoor experience for the children.
We are looking to raise £13k to replace all the SUP and SURF items and contribute to a new trailer.
Please share our campaign.
To kick start the campaign we are donating the money raised from the Elfridges stall we held last week of £600 to the SUP and SURF fundraiser!!
