Story

Want to put a spring in your step? Join our STEPtember300!

Our first STEPtember300 Challenge is a one month challenge to walk 300,000 steps, or 10,000 steps a day during the month of September. By joining STEPtember300 you can help make a real difference to countless people in need, donating or fundraising for us and getting fit at the same time!

We've suggested £30 donation - just £1 for each day - to help our work. If you'd like to raise money via sponsorship with a suggested £300, it all goes to helping colleagues in their time of need and help change lives for the better

We know that physical activity is beneficial to your mental health and wellbeing and we also know that having a community behind you makes life easier. Throughout the pandemic the Charity has continued to support civil servants during their times of need, whilst having to cancel most of our fundraising activities, including our popular annual Walking Challenge.

We are your Charity, here to help serving, former and retired civil servants when times are tough. In 2019 people came to us for help over 80,000 times. The money you raise will help make life easier for those who are struggling.
