This Christmas Shirley Neighbourhood Care (SNC) will be delivering around 200 Christmas gift bags to elderly residents. SNC is a local charity helping our elders to live independently and avoid isolation and loneliness. We organise a range of activities to give our elders a reason to live. Christmas can be a particularly lonely time for the elderly and our gift bags, containing an assortment of presents and cards from local schoolchildren, will be delivered by our volunteers to raise spirits and give some Christmas cheer.
