"Running with me or sponsoring someone to run with me on 25th June is an opportunity to support individual disabled people to enjoy the well being benefits of sport and movement. There are many barriers that stop disabled people from taking part and COVID-19 has made it even harder - let's break barriers down and make anything possible." Richard Whitehead MBE
