The people of Forres and the surrounding area know that the Rotary Club of Forres put on a tremendous firework display every year, and after two long years we are hoping that it will be a great display and we get one of the biggest crowds ever.

This successful event is run by volunteers who put in many hours organising, form filling and meeting the necessary officials to make sure the event is safe and complies with current legislation.

This year and for future years the organisers have new safety laws, anti-terrorist guidelines and welfare implications along with ever increasing event costs to contend with.

These financial implications are beyond anyones control but have been covered this year using contingence planning.

The money raised on the evening goes towards funding the 2023 event, without financial support future events may be in jeopardy.

We will have as many collectors as possible on the night, and we would ask that you all give generously.
