Story
In the last week we have all been plunged into the unknown as we face the increasing impact of the Coronavirus outbreak.
This has had a huge and immediate impact on our ability to raise funds to keep our service running. We have had to cancel fundraising events, our fundraising activity in the community has had to end, and our charity shops have seen footfall fall to almost nothing. This means our sources of income are stopping we need to raise 89% of the cost of the service and this is now proving extremely difficult.
We need you now more than ever. Our supporters and volunteers are amazing, and we are so grateful for their support, but we need you to help us to do something quickly as we head into a funding crisis which puts our service at risk.
Our services are here for those facing the end of the life, 365 days a year, day and night, and by caring for these people in their own homes, we are not only helping to fulfil their last wish but are also ensuring that NHS beds, which are so vitally important at the moment, will not be taken up by our patients if we are not able to be there to care for them.
Please help us if you can, and donate by clicking on the button whatever you can give will help, and please share this as widely as possible with friends, family, colleagues and social media pages you belong to. We need all the support we can muster.
We know that these are worrying and difficult times for everyone, but our work must continue whatever else is happening in the world, with patients and families at the end of life needing us more than ever.
Keep safe, and thank you.
