Organised by Hospice at Home Isle of ManThe Diana Princess of Wales Hospice Care at Home Trust (Hospice at Home) Supporters will be walking along the Isle of Man Coastal Path at 10:00 every last Sunday of every month for 15 months beginning on 28th June to raise money for care at home.
