Story
Assalamu alykum,
Dear Brothers & Sisters
As winter approaches the Rohingya refugees in Cox s Bazar, Bangladesh will be at high risk this year due to the spread of Covid-19 (besides other winter diseases.) These victims are mostly forgotten and living a tragic and terrible situation.
Children, women, and other vulnerable groups must urgently be protected and given access to humanitarian aid including Food, water, shelter, and health services.
Novo Jibon is acting this winter (as with every winter since the crisis began). We will be distributing safety kits (Along with a winter pack) including sanitisers and masks to tackle the spread of Covid-19 amongst the refugees and to secure other humanitarian needs. As such, we ask our partners and generous donors to support our campaign to distribute as many winter packs as possible and save lives.
Our winter packs cost £35 and are composed of food essentials ( Rice, Soya bean Oil, Flour, Sugar, Lentil, Dried milk, Vermicelli (Semai), Detergent Powder) blankets and safety kits ( 5 Masks & 5 Sanitizers ). ( £65 C;othes included for all family )
The campaign will start very soon and will be implemented by our Bangladesh office.
Jazakum Allah khairan,
Sincerely yours,
Taoufik Maknine, Novo Jibon Director
