Story
Your local Stonehaven lifeboat volunteers need your support to fund a new RNLI lifeboat station so they can move from the temporary portacabin and boatshed they have been launching from for the past 10 years.
Your kind support will help provide more efficient and practical facilities that will help your volunteers train properly as a team, enhance crew and casualty wellbeing, and bring them one step closer to saving every one. It’s a unique opportunity for you to make a real lifesaving difference in your community.
‘We currently operate out of a temporary portacabin and a separate boatshed. It’s not ideal, but it’s all we have. Your support today can help us make the new Stonehaven Lifeboat Station a reality. What’s more, you’ll be saving lives around our coast for years to come.
Andy Martin - Volunteer Helm and Lifeboat Operations Manager, Stonehaven Lifeboat Station.
