Port Vale FC in partnership with Port Vale Foundaiton, Hubb Foundation, Bescura Family Hub and Staffordshire Police will support families who are vulnerable by providing a lifeline of support at a tough time for many to bring some happiness to Christmas time and by ensuring everyone has the chance of a Happy Christmas.
