Southern Health believe that communities can generate good health for its members. We also know that local organisations and associations know a lot when it comes to community engagement. In partnership we find ways to keep people connected and engaged in promoting healthy living.
Working together with the community innovative solutions can be developed to keep people connected and well thus reducing the need for medical services.
