Story

The 46th Orwell Challenge (organised by The Rotary Club of Ipswich East) will take place on Sunday 25th June 2023. This is a wonderful opportunity for people fundraise for Suffolk Libraries by walking or running up to 25 miles in the glorious countryside along the Orwell River.

Like all charities, the cost of living crisis has significantly impacted our fundraising at a time when our services have become even more vital. This Orwell Challenge is a great opportunity for people to get outside in the fresh air, to take on a personal challenge, feel part of a team, and to help us raise money and make lots of noise about the great work we do.
