Organised by Open PalmOnline Yoga sessions each Saturday in Jan 2022 (from 8th) to support Open Palm. Hosted by Olivia (Instructor) for all abilities but unsuitable for pregnant women. A donation of £10 pp / £15 per family is suggested, per session. Thank you!

We are supporting young people by supporting under-funded schools, delivering life-skills courses covering personal finance and employability, and promoting racial equality. Our WYZ courses offer young people a nationally-recognised accreditation, helping to boost their CV, and our employability course also offers work experience. We have reached thousands of young people in total through our work and with your support, we can reach so many more, creating fairer opportunities to thrive.
