Fr. Zechariah, pictured above, is a priest from the remote Turkana region of Kenya. Inspired by a friend who became Orthodox and eventually a priest, he too chose to be baptized Orthodox, and then studied and was eventually ordained so he could help bring the Good News of Christ to even more people in Turkana. Fr. Zechariah now serves two parishes in Turkana, and is also responsible for four other mission communities, as he continues to reach out to even more people who have yet to hear the Gospel message.
