It's our 8th Birthday! We would love you to help us celebrate the occasion by raising funds towards our Online Forum for mums which has become one of our key support services since COVID.

There are lots of fun and easy things you can do to join in

Wear a star for the day and donate £2...

then take a pic or make video and share it on social media, to encourage your friends and family to do it too!

Host a coffee morning or doorstep cake sale and ask people to donate for their treats

Set a family challenge you could walk, scoot, bounce on a trampoline ...

then set up an online fundraiser and share it on social media!

All donations raised on our Birthday will help us pay for our Online Forum.

The Forum offers mums a safe space to discuss anything they want with other women in a similar situation to them. It is a lifeline for many because they can ask anything and get support day or night.

We currently have 450 mums using the forum, whether that is actively asking questions or simply in the background, reading and absorbing it all.

It costs around £5,000 a year to run, and every penny raised through the Birthday celebrations will enable more mums to feel safe and welcome as part of this wider support network.
