East Lancashire Hospital Trust is seen as the beating heart of our wonderful and diverse community. Our hospitals serve a population of around 530,000 and are there for us all from birth and throughout our lives.

This year has been like no other, but one constant is the remarkable work of our hospitals and incredible NHS staff.

While many of us will enjoy Christmas with loved ones, there will be an army of staff who will be working during the festive season. Nurses, doctors, midwives, staff in radiology, pathology, portering, catering and housekeepers the list is endless.
