This December we have created the MOVEmas calendar to encourage you to keep moving even when things are a bit chaotic.

Although the calendar is about 4 weeks long this is only half the time for the young people we support, like you'll see over the campaign on our socials, to complete our online programme.

This December we are aiming to raise £400 to help fund MOVE to continue to support young people living with and beyond cancer. You can donate £1 every day you do the MOVEmas calendar or for every minute, mile or kilometer you move exercising in the build up to Christmas.
