Raising awareness and vital donations for local mental health services
Raising awareness and vital donations for local mental health services
The last 18 months is going to stick in our collective memory for many individuals, families and businesses it has been tough, really tough. We know that the pandemic has exacerbated mental health problems for some people, whilst for others it has triggered a first experience of poor mental health and wellbeing.
What have we learnt? That we should never be ashamed to ask for help and we should always listen to people to try to understand. There is help available and we need to make sure people get access to support. There is a lot that we can do to help ourselves, where we can, and this is the aim of our wellbeing campaign.
You can make a lasting difference to Manchester Mind by leaving a donation here with a message of solidarity, and by sharing the campaign with friends and family: www.manchestermind.org/self-care
