This year, we are gifted with an extra day so make Leap Day 2020 memorable and raise money for African Children's Fund at the same time!

Perhaps you would like to host a coffee morning for your friends & family. Or hold a sponsored event. Maybe you would prefer to run a sweepstake on the Women's T20 Cricket World Cup or the iconic Omloop Het Nieuwsblad cycling race. Or simply make yourself feel good by donating a day's wages.

For every £7 you donate to African Children's Fund, we could provide a mug of porridge to 100 school children in Kenya. £30 provides an adolescent girl with sanitary towels for six months. £70 buys seeds and tools for two school gardens. While £250 fits out a new school kitchen with an energy saving cooker.

All of the above help children born into poverty go to school. All of the above create opportunities for these children in adulthood. All of the above give them the best possible chance of breaking the poverty cycle.
