The kittens are coming! The kittens are coming! SFACC is gearing up for the 2023 Kitten Season and we need your help. In calendar year 2022, SFACC served 2,649 cats.

Kitten Season typically lasts from Spring to Fall, and during that time SFACC is packed with babies. We are asking that our animal-loving community lend an extra paw to help with this Kitten Season. With your help, we will be able to purchase all of the supplies needed to care for the kittens while they are on-site and in their foster homes.

For $25 you can provide a weeks-worth of food for a kitten.

For $75 you can provide a soft pen for a litter of kittens.

For $100 you can provide a scale, heating pad, and critical diet to a bottle-feeding foster kitten.

For $250 you can ensure that a foster home has all the special supplies they need to care for their orphaned kittens throughout the season.

Additionally, the little ones need special care before going up for adoption at our shelter or one of our adoption partners. You can also help by providing temporary care for bottle babies, kittens eating on their own, moms with kittens, or kittens with medical needs.
