Story
Julian House, Unlimited Libraries in Devon, and Willmott Dixon are working together again this year to bring you the Donate a Coat Campaign.
As you know homelessness is an issue 365 days a year but as the coldest months are approaching these will be the hardest.
That's why we are calling all the community to donate coats, hats or any other warm item which may be useful for the most vulnerable around the region.
This campaign will help people in need to find a warm coat in any of the libraries and locations below without any cost and will encourage the community to reutilise their clothes while promoting a more sustainable world.
When making a donation:
- Please to ensure that the items are clean and in good condition as they will be immediately hanged up for other people to take and use.
- Items can be dropped at any time during opening hours to the libraries stated below.
The locations for 2023 are:
Paignton, Torquay, Ilfracombe, Sidmouth, Exeter, Totnes, Newton Abbot, Exmouth, Seaton, Tiverton, Ivybridge, Barnstaple, Bideford, Buckfastleigh, Cullompton, Teignmouth, Kingsbridge, Churston, and Lynton.
Please join this campaign by donating your coats or by raising funds
