The campaign has now expired but it's not too late to support this charity.
Visit the charity's profileMaking a jam sandwich is a daily living task that we use in our Sight Loss Awareness training to demonstrate some of the challenges living with sight loss.
With the support of the community we can raise awareness of sight loss and raise vital funds to support our services.
The #JamChallenge:
Make - Make a jam sandwich whilst blindfolded and cut it into 4.
Donate - Donate £4 or set up your own fundraiser to support our vital services.
Nominate - Nominate 4 more friends to take on the challenge.

4Sight Vision Support is an absolute blessing, I felt abandoned but now I know there is someone there who can help. I am so happy to have met you and feel so much more positive, I really feel like you understand - thank you so much. - 4Sight Vision Support Member
Many of our visually impaired members have experienced isolation before coronavirus but now its even worse. We are working hard to ensure they can continue to be there for people with sight loss, so they dont go through this crisis alone.
However, we need your help!
Demand for our specialist services has increased, but income has dropped. With your support, a donation of just £12.25 could ensure Outreach Workers, like Kirstie, are just a phone call away.
Together, we can ensure people with sight loss continue to receive the specialist sight care advice and emotional support they need at a time when it matters most.
Join the Challenge today and spread awareness.
