The Iowa Wesleyan University Volleyball program is committed to building a team of quality student-athletes focused on strengthening academics, competition, and leadership. As our program continues to grow, our future success is dependent on the training and evaluation tools that are available to Tiger Volleyball. As we prepare for competition; technology is necessary to our team's competitive advantage. Our statistics recording, film evaluation, and scouting resources will be heightened with the purchase of items such as tablets, film breakdown software, and camera equipment. This will allow us to record and evaluate games and practices so our athletes benefit from this technology by being able to visually learn from their mistakes. This technology also helps our coaching staff to spend more time teaching the game to our athletes and less time converting statistics and breaking down film. An investment in new technology equipment will be an investment in the future success of Tiger Volleyball.
