My name is ICE and I am 14 weeks old and I am dying because my heart is broken.

My mummy was a stray taken in by the rescue that cares for me and was already expecting me and my siblings when she was found. When I was in my mummies tummy my mummy breathed for me and when I was born the valve nside my heart was supposed to switch so I could oxygenate my own blood and be a happy nawty kitty. The switch didn't work and now my heart is not pumping my blood to the lungs properly to be oxygenated. I have seen a specialist who says they can fix this condition called a PDA or patent ductus arteriosis and I would live a long and happy life. The bad news is its going to cost a lot of money and I only have 4 weeks until i'm too poorly for the operation to take place. Will you help mend my broken heart?
