Hft is here to help people with learning disabilities live life on their own terms. The practical help, support and encouragement we offer gives them a chance to find more enjoyment, comfort and satisfaction in life. Its about helping people to have the kind of life we might want for ourselves, or for our loved ones. This is what we do. And this is why we need you.

Our team - of people supported by Hft, staff and Hft supporters - is trekking six days through the Sahara Desert to raise funds and awareness for the charity. We're braving sandstorms, intense heat, freezing starry nights and the worlds' tallest sand dunes. And we would really appreciate your support!
