Story
There are many of our students and fellow colleagues that have been affected by the events of this week. This fundraising effort will provide help to many who need our support." - Dr. Madeline Burillo-Hopkins, President, HCC Southwest and Vice Chancellor for Workforce Education
OUR STUDENTS, FACULTY and STAFF NEED HELP after record-setting winter storms have torn apart families and homes across the region.
As we navigate the aftermath of Winter Storm Uri, the HCC Foundation has an Emergency Relief Fund to provide financial assistance for our students, faculty and staff facing economic uncertainty. These funds will help pay for unexpected expenses for their basic needs (like food, housing, and access to technology).
The HCC Foundation thanks the HCC Presidents' Council for their dedicated leadership to establish and generously support this fund to help HCC students and employees that have been affected by the winter storms.
We know so many want to do everything they can to help after a disaster. The best way to support disaster victims in the HCC family is with a financial donation to the HCC Emergency Relief Fund. Financial donations can be accessed quickly to support those affected, and be put to use right away.
If you are able, THANK YOU for considering a gift to meet emergency needs for so many in our HCC family who are struggling to rebuild their lives in the aftermath of Winter Storm Uri.
ALL donations up to $25,000 will be matched dollar-for-dollar by the HCC Foundation. Make your gift today to double your impact!
Donations of all amounts are appreciated and make a difference for HCC family members in need!
