For more than 125 years, Guthrie Cortland Medical Center has served the people of Cortland and the surrounding area. In 2021, The Renzi Cancer Center at Guthrie Cortland Medical Center opened its doors to patients with the resounding support of donors from across the region.
Guthrie Cortland Medical Center provides access to a 162-bed acute care hospital with an on-site 80-bed residential care facility and is home to emergency, labor and delivery, surgical, and inpatient and outpatient services including cardiology, medical imaging, mental health, therapy, and cancer care services.
