Legal Run supports children and young people with cancer and life-threatening blood diseases in the care of Gift of Life and Podari Zhizn.

Due to Coronavirus restrictions and to minimise health and safety risks, Legal Run 2021 is arranged as a series of flash mobs under the umbrella of Global Legal Run.

Global Legal Run 2021 is taking place around the world between 22 May and 1 June.

All you need to do to participate as a runner:

- Donate £15 or more at this page,

- Register at https://legal.run/en/

- Run 5K, 10K or whatever distance you like alone, with your family, friends, or colleagues at any suitable location like a nearby park or embankment,

- Take pictures and videos of your run and share on social media with hashtags #globallegalrun2021, #legalrun, #ilovelegalrun,

- Send your pictures and videos to info@legal.run. The Legal Run team will create a video to celebrate the joint sport achievement in aid of the great cause helping children beat cancer.

If you cannot run but wish to support, you can donate any amount on this page. All funds raised during the Run will help children beat cancer.

If you run as a group of friends or colleagues, follow the local authority guidance to stay safe during Coronavirus. In England, people can meet in groups of up to 30 outdoors no earlier than 17 May.
