Just as were encouraged by the Girl Scout Law, when we start with being a sister to EVERY Girl Scout, we can change the world.

Nearly 75% of our 41-county service area is designated as economically distressed. Girl Scouting in these communities is essential to provide a stable outlet for girls to grow, lead, and thrive. Furthermore, studies prove the benefits of girl-led leadership opportunities are greater for girls of lower socioeconomic status.

We believe Girl Scouting is for every girl, regardless of her circumstances or her familys financial situation.

We're committed to offering need-based financial assistance to help cover:

* membership fees;

*local & council-sponsored activities;

*events, trips, or projects that go beyond the ordinary troop program and enhance the Girl Scout experience; and

*summer camp experiences.
