The Education Department at Glenville State College is dedicated to raise funds to help students with the costs for taking Praxis exams. The average cost is $100 per exam and students must take anywhere between 4-10 exams, depending on their certification area(s), by graduation. Elementary K-6 majors take a minimum of 10 Praxis exams including 3 CORE exams. This can cost each student $1000 or more to take them all in preparation for becoming a licensed teacher. We would appreciate any assistance in raising funds to offset students paying for PRAXIS exams.
