WHY AM I DOING THIS?

When I was very young I moved to Pakistan with my family, and stayed there for 3 years. I was educated to the highest standards, taught about Islam, accustomed to the hierarchy the Pakistani community had adapted. But one thing I wasnt prepared for was going out for dinner with my family Alhumdulilah and then walking out seeing crowds of young children begging for food, some dipping into the bins others were too weak to walk.

It broke my heart. So much so that as I grew older and moved back to UK I would search for homeless just to feed them or sign up to countless charities and donate.

But the void in my heart was never filled, I always felt I wasnt doing enough.

Alhumdulilah Allah Swt has blessed me with barakat in my Business and has enabled me to help more people at a bigger scale and make a real difference.

I have joined hands with World Care Foundation and begin the journey to setup and run an orphanage in Pakistan Inshallah.

I have been blessed to set up feeding points in Pakistan, Bangladesh and other places in the world. Our immediate plans include feeding a minimum of 200 people, 3 times a day, 7 days a week. Currently we are setting up 2 locations 1 in Lahore and 1 in Karachi and endeavour to begin feeding in July Insha-Allah. Alhumdulilah i am covering all costs in relation to this but want to give you all the opportunity to earn Ajar in this blessed month.

According to UNICEF, Pakistan is home to a staggering 4.2 million Orphaned Children. Almost a quarter of all Pakistanis live below the poverty line.

Every child has the right to a home; feeling cared for, loved and safe. Unfortunately, for millions of Orphans in Pakistan, this is just a wishful dream. Orphans are some the most vulnerable members of our society and having lost the love, care and protection of parents, they are at the mercy of close relatives, family and friends and society at large.

We have a duty to provide for these vulnerable Orphan Children, which is why this project is set up to help build an orphanage for those most at need.

With your support, the Orphanage will provide Housing, Food, Healthcare, Clothing, Islamic Education, Personal Development, General Recreation and School Fees.

Sahl ibn Sad reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, Myself and the caretaker of an Orphan will be in Paradise like this, and he held his two fingers together.

World Care Foundation has 5 Orphanages and we are planning to open more Orphanages to help more Orphans feel safe, to give them a better present and hope for a better future.

A volunteer who visited the Orphanage said, The best part was seeing the children immediately wear the clothes and shoes that we distributed. The smiles came back, just like any child they wanted to try their new clothes.
