Visit the charity's profileUthink People Developing People launched our Food For Families programme across Edinburgh at the start of 2021.
This project was born from our very successful Christmas Toy Drive where we distributed thousands of toys, arts & crafts, clothes, food and selection boxes to kids across the East of Scotland.
The connections and partnerships we made led us to expanding our work in the new year. Distributing food packs, essentials items, and toiletries to some of the most vulnerable and marginalised families in our city.
In just two months, we've been able to distribute the ingredients for 50,000 nutritious, homemade meals for families in our communities As well as thousands of nappies, cakes and deserts.
But we need your support to continue this essential work. We aim to achieve 100,000 meals by easter and want to raise £5,000 to enable us to do it.
