Story
On the 24th October, staff from Evelina London will start their 500 mile cycle from London to Glasgow for the UN Climate Change Conference (COP26). Over the eight-day journey, staff will be raising awareness of the current climate crisis & its effect on childrens health.
For paediatric specialists, this obligation is especially powerful. Children bear no responsibility for the situation, but they are already the worst affected group and unlike older patients, children will live through the escalation of the crisis.
Those who protect our childrens health, are now riding to protect our childrens future. Will you join them?
Join our team of staff by taking part in your own virtual ride and get sponsored for each mile you cycle. Unite online, log your miles & help spread the word!
All donations will go towards projects that improve patient experience and support staff welfare.
