BGCT helps Swami Bede Dayananda Trust (SBDT) financially with the running costs of a Day Centre for the Elderly in Pattavarthi to which elderly folk can go every day but Sunday, are fed and watered and can entertain themselves and each other. The Day Centre enables adults to work and help provide for their families or older children to go to school when otherwise they would have to stay at home to look after the older generation.
