Merton Mencap is a local, independent charity supporting children & adults with learning disability/autism, taking part in stimulating & engaging activities, promoting independence skills, friendships, feeling valued, confidence and being part of their local community.

Our projects and activities for people with learning disabilities/autism include our playschemes for young children, social clubs and skills development activities for young people, vocational training at ouir community cafe for adults, and holidays away.

We support parents and carers through our forums, peer-to-peer counselling and outings. Our aim is to help parents and carers cope, feel less isolated and have a life outside caring

We are delighted to be doing dance in the park at Morden Hall park in aid to raise money & improve the lives of children & adults with a learning disability/autism.
