Story
The Cromwell Museum is a small independent museum located in the Cambridgeshire market town of Huntingdon. It's housed in the oldest building in the town - a former monastic hospital - and houses the best collection in the world of items relating to the 17th century soldier and statesman Oliver Cromwell. We aim to tell the story of this controversial but hugely significant figure 'warts and all'.
As an independent charity, we depend on the support and generosity of our visitors to help fund the museum. Closure for a month during a second national lockdown impacts on our much needed income, just after it was building back up again after the first lockdown closure. Can you help us cover our costs in this period?
