Here at Norfolk and Waveney Mind, we are celebrating the upcoming opening of our new REST service at Churchman House, Norwich with launch of the Churchman Challenge.

We are inviting the people of Norfolk and Waveney to pledge a minimum of £10 to commit to a selection of self-care challenges throughout July and August to support overall health and wellness.

Our ambition is to ensure that no one has to face poor mental health alone and with the right support and resources anybody can create a life that feels meaningful to them. We need your help so we can be there at the other end of the phone and in our local communities. By pledging to take part in this challenge you too can make a real difference.

£50 could pay for 3 x counselling sessions

£100 could pay for one week of venue hire for social groups

£500 could pay for 2 days of complex bereavement counselling

£2000 could pay for 2 Suicide Liaison workers to run an 8-week Bereavement Support Group
