Chocolate & Co is a not-for-profit cafe enterprise supporting those marginalised within our community, through employment and training opportunities.

Part of Our Father's Heart, Chocolate & Co was formed when the founders, Linda and Mariah Barrie lost two friends to addiction. Keen to prevent this from happening to other people, Linda and Mariah bought together their skillsets in chocolate making and mental wellbeing to create Chocolate & Co.

Chocolate & Co is a cafe based in the Groves, York, offering a range of beautiful hot chocolate, coffee, cakes and light lunches, creating training and employment opportunities for those struggling to recover from addiction and the cycle of offending, or experiencing homelessness.

Having someone believe in you can be transformational. It can build confidence and return self-worth. That why when you drink our hot chocolate, you're also offering a second chance at a rewarding life to those who need it the most.
